Q. What are the check in check out times?
A. Check In: 4 p.m. / Check Out: 11 a.m.
Q. What is supplied in the home?
A. Furnishings, television, dishwasher, telephone, washer/dryer where possible, coffee maker, kitchenware and bedding for the number of guests allowed, toaster, deck furniture (summer), vacuum cleaner, toilet plunger, snow shovel, and fireplace tools.
Q. What is the cancellation policy?
A. Once a lease is signed and a 25% deposit is received, a tenant will forfeit the 25% deposit in the event they cancel the reservation prior to 30 days before arrival. If tenant cancels reservation within 30 days of the lease start date, and the property cannot be re rented at full price, tenant will forfeit all deposit monies. |
